人才共建·专业共建：

与国内高校长期合作，以二级学院、产教融合学院、国际中心、订单班等方式将国际产业资源与教育教学紧密结合，形成“专业基础+方向细分+国际实践”的国际化复合型人才培养体系，向国际航空公司、机场、国际酒店管理集团、国际旅行社、海外中资机构等单位输送大批具备外语基础的实习生或毕业生。如“清宜国际教育学院”、“国际免税店运营与管理实验班”、“空中乘务国际班”、“英语（国际文旅）产业班”等。

课程共建·师资共建：

利用丰富的国际资源，根据国际企业的人才需求，在专业规划、课程开发、教材开发、专业人才培养方案制定、教学方法创新、师资融合等各方面与高校开展全面合作，以实现教学内容与国际企业用工要求接轨，使学生增强核心竞争力和国际胜任力。

基地共建·管理体制共建：

在专业共建、人才共育的基础上，清宜国际可协调国际领先企业与国内高校相互挂牌，成为海外就业基地与人才选拔基地，探索高等教育与产业需求相结合、定向培养“具有国际视野和国际竞争力的国际化人才”的新模式。同时配合高校，做好学生的海外关怀和管理，在项目备案的基础上，做好沟通与保障的快速反应与管理机制。

Talent Co-development · Program Co-development:

Through long-term collaboration with domestic universities, we integrate international industry resources with education via models such as sub-colleges, industry-education integration colleges, international centers, and customized training classes. This forms an internationalized interdisciplinary talent cultivation system characterized by "foundational expertise + specialized concentrations + international practice". We supply a significant number of interns or graduates with foreign language proficiency to international airlines, airports, international hotel management groups, international travel agencies, and overseas Chinese enterprises. Examples include the "Qingzhi International Education Institute", "International Duty-Free Shop Operations and Management Pilot Class", "International Flight Attendant Class", and "English (International Cultural Tourism) Industry-Specific Class".

Curriculum Co-development · Faculty Co-development:

Leveraging extensive international resources and aligning with the talent requirements of global enterprises, we engage in comprehensive cooperation with universities across various aspects. This includes program planning, course development, teaching material creation, formulation of professional talent cultivation schemes, pedagogical innovation, and faculty integration. The objective is to align teaching content with the employment standards of international enterprises, thereby enhancing students' core competitiveness and international capabilities.

Base Co-development · Management System Co-development:

Building upon program co-development and talent sharing, Qingzhi International facilitates reciprocal designation between leading international enterprises and domestic universities, establishing Overseas Employment Bases and Talent Selection Bases. We explore innovative models that integrate higher education with industry demands, focusing on the targeted cultivation of "internationalized talents possessing global vision and competitiveness". Concurrently, we collaborate with universities to provide comprehensive post-placement support and management for students overseas. Based on project registration, we establish efficient communication, safeguard mechanisms, and responsive management systems.
